Product introduction

The ZJ series slurry pumps are horizontal, axial suction, single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal slurry pumps. This series of pumps integrates and innovates upon the advantages of similar products both domestically and internationally in terms of hydraulic design, structural design, and materials for flow components. They feature high efficiency and energy saving, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance. The overall performance of these pumps is among the leading levels in China, and the efficiency indicators of most pumps are at an internationally advanced level.This pump is suitable for conveying abrasive slurries containing solid particles in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. Examples include hydraulic ash removal in thermal power plants, slurry conveying in metallurgical ore dressing plants, and coal slurry and heavy media conveying in coal washing plants. The maximum permissible solid-liquid mixture weight concentration (Cw) for conveying is: 45% for ash (slag) slurry and coal slurry; and 60% for ore slurry and heavy media. Models include 450ZJ, 350ZJ, 300ZJ, 250ZJ, 200ZJ, 150ZJ, 100ZJ, 80ZJ, 65ZJ, 50ZJ, and 40ZJ, suitable for operation under conditions of flow rates from 4.5 m³/h to 6000 m³/h and head from 6 m to 134 m, with over 70 different pump types available.
