working principle

　　Sand dryer, also known as river sand three cylinder sand dryer, three cylinder yellow sand dryer and three cylinder quartz sand dryer, is a three return drying equipment with large processing capacity, with reliable operation, large operation flexibility, strong adaptability and large processing capacity. Three cylinder sand dryer is generally suitable for granular materials. Especially for drying sand, river sand and quartz sand, the drying effect is excellent. The advantages of sand dryer are large production capacity, wide application range, small flow resistance, large allowable fluctuation range in operation, convenient operation, etc.

　　At present, river sand is mainly used in the production of dry mixed mortar in China. These river sands are either excavated from the riverbed or washed with water. Using river sands can produce very good dry mixed mortar. Because river sands have a smooth surface and are mostly spherical, only a small amount of cementitious materials and a small amount of mixing water are required in the curing process. River sand with reasonable particle size grading is undoubtedly the best aggregate for producing dry mixed mortar. However, fundamentally speaking, there is a major problem with river sand, that is, after excavation or washing, river sand must be dried.
