working principle

1.Optimize the crushing cavity shape by adopting steep bracket inclination design, the feed size is increased, the material throughput capacity is enhanced, the impact at the bottom of the crushing cavity is greater, so that the equipment is more efficient at crushing at the same energy.

2.The double-wedge adjustment device replaces the transmission pad type discharge opening adjustment method, which makes the adjustment of the discharge opening easier, safer and faster. The hydraulic drive adjustment device can be selected to realize the automation of equipment production,

3.The integrated motor base design makes the motor base fixed on the crusher, reducing the installation space of the crusher. The pin-shaft hinged belt tensioning scheme makes the power transmission more stable and the adjustment more convenient.

4.The bearing seat is made of integral high-quality steel castings, forged heavy-duty eccentric shafts and four larger and more durable eccentric shaft bearings to ensure the reliability and durability of equipment operation,

5.The large frame adopts the design of separating the front wall and the side wall, replacing the traditional welding frame by bolting and fixing, avoiding the problem of hard force concentration caused by welding, and the structure is more compact and reliable.

6.Heavy-duty guard is installed above the moving jaw, to avoid material impact and ffectively, protect the moving jaw body and its internal bearings from damage.
