High-pressure diaphragm filter presses utilize TPE diaphragm technology, offering long lifespan, high stability, and versatility, making them suitable for various industries. They employ water pressure pressing, achieving pressures of 0.8-2.0 MPa or higher. Variable filter chamber technology significantly improves production efficiency and reduces moisture content in solid-liquid separation applications in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and mining. High-pressure dewatering technology, applied in sludge dewatering, reduces filter cake moisture content to levels meeting landfill and incineration standards (moisture content varies by industry). Compared to traditional dewatering equipment, filter cake weight and volume are reduced by half. The entire machine can operate fully automatically, equipped with an online filter cloth washing system and electrically controlled valves and instruments, enabling unattended operation.
Applications: The equipment is mainly used in industries such as papermaking, coking, pharmaceuticals (antibiotics, calcium phytate, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, organophosphates, etc.), food (stevia, maltose, starch sugar, starch), and chemicals (dyes, pigments, etc.).
